I offer different programs, because each of my clients are different. As a wellness coach, I work with individuals to help guide them on their path to eat well, live well and be well. There is no one “perfect diet” that works for everyone, we are all different and therefore have different needs. Look through what I offer, there is something for everyone, great change is just around the corner!
Classes:
The only thing I love more than learning about the body is TEACHING and
sharing with others what I have learned. I am always open to teach for
any group, just contact me!
Coaching:
Through wellness coaching you can learn to increase vitality and energy,
reduce stress, and create a greater sense of well-being.
Bodywork:
Before returning to my first love of nutrition, I worked as a massage
therapist. Because I feel we need more than just good nutrition to be
healthy, I still offer a few bodywork modalities.
